20+ years inside the system, now working for you.
After two decades in healthcare operations, provider relations, and patient services, plus a background in health and wellness, I kept seeing the same thing: good people getting lost in their own care. I started HowWell to be the person in your corner who knows how the system works and isn't afraid to ask the hard questions on your behalf.
My background also runs through claims, prior authorizations, and provider operations, so when a claim stalls, an authorization gets stuck, or you can't get a straight answer about what's covered, I know exactly where the holdup usually is and how to push it through.
